ShopJig for auto repair and performance shops
Repair and performance shops live and die by the check-in, the estimate and the parts counter. ShopJig keeps all three on the job, from the phone in the lot to the invoice at pickup.

In practice
A day in a repair shop on ShopJig
The day’s appointments are on the schedule. When a customer pulls in, the service writer checks the car in on an iPhone: scans the VIN, writes down the concern, walks around it taking photos, and gets a signature. The job moves to checked in on the board.
The tech picks it up, diagnoses it, and the office sends an estimate built from standard job packages. The customer approves it from the link. Parts are pulled from stock with a scan, or ordered on a purchase order, and the job sits in waiting on parts until they’re received.
The tech’s job time is clocked inside their day. When it’s ready, the job becomes the invoice, the customer pays at the counter or by pay link, and the car is handed over. That night the day’s sales go to QuickBooks as one clean summary.
